I had a great experience with Elizabeth (sales), Derrick (mgr), and Matt (finance) when purchasing my preowned Mazda CX50. They were the least pushy car dealership team I have ever worked with - and they were hilarious too which made the process much more enjoyable. The team was very knowledgeable and creative when addressing my concerns which I really appreciated. Although I did not buy new INFINITI, I would highly recommend them to anyone. It's a huge plus that they are part of a small family group of dealers rather than a big corporate chain. Overall, very pleased.

The express service is equally great. Esmeralda was the advisor and she took very good care of the overall service. My wife and I both LOVE the SERVICE Dept. at Roswell of INFINITI! We bring all our cars here for service because they know how to fix any make/model we've ever had from Nissan to Volkswagen. They always treat us with honest direct answers, and never make us feel pressured into fixing anything we can't at our time of our visit say during an oil change or tire rotation. My car's tire pressure sensor light was on despite my tire pressure being fine. I took my car in for servicing and got in right away. The issue was a dead battery in one of my tire sensors, which was replaced. In addition, my car was washed and I was on my way in about an hour. I'm consistently pleased with the service I receive at Roswell INFINITI!
